Due to the nature of our wellness products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To process your request, please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on the information provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not meeting personal preference or expected effects

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Items returned without prior authorization

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Thrive Hive is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays once an order has shipped

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee resolution.

Order Accuracy
